Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Cherry Creek Precision Salon, appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest. We value both our clients’ time and our stylists’ schedules.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to another guest.

Cancellations made with less than 48hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Show Appointments

A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice and are subject to 100% of the confirmed appointment charge. We strongly encourage canceling or rescheduling your appointment before 48 hrs.

No-show appointments may result in:

• A missed appointment fee

• A requirement for a deposit to book future appointments

• Limited or restricted future booking privileges

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, service time may be shortened or rescheduled if the delay impacts subsequent appointments.

Late arrivals may still be subject to the full service charge.

Deposits & Fees

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are typically applied toward the service total and may be non-refundable if cancellation policies are not met.

All applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

Return Policies For Online Orders

when ordering online product or retail items we will take returns for damaged items up to 7 days. We do not do exchanges for used product and a return label is given to all customers in the event they need to return items. Please contact us if you have any concerns with your product orders.
